We are a group of licensed clinicians (some of whom are certified gamers) that think there is a different way to try and make progress. And we think it can be fun.
Our Services
Weekly group support sessions, with a clinician, in a game.
Table Top Role Playing Games
A group works together in Dungeons & Dragons, Call of Cthulhu, or similar while collaborating on our goals. The groups are run by licensed clinicans/ therapists as the DM.
Free Play
Everyone plays their own individual game, while we do our group via voice or video chat. The groups are run by licensed counselors and therapists.
Gaming Group
The group plays a game together, from Minecraft to Call of Duty, while talking about and working towards goals. The groups are run by licensed counselors and therapists.
Peer and Counselor support
Game with the same group, every week. Get to know your team lead, get to know your team mates, get some game time in, and get to work.
Led by Seasoned Clinicians
You are paired up with a licensed clinician who has a Master’s degree, and is both trained and excited to help.
Feel Better, Get Better
Nothing is a guarantee, but the reasearch is clear: People do better when the feel better. We think combining those makes sense. When you feel better, you are more open to change.
It's Fun
We also ensure a safe and supportive group where you can belong…which on it’s own can be hard to find online. This leads to a better group, and more fun.
